With the approval of the esteemed presidency of the 14th International Congress on Civil Engineering, the selected papers in the three specialized fields of Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering and Management, and Water Engineering and Hydraulic Structures are hereby announced. These papers have successfully passed the initial peer-review process and will now undergo a second round of review. Upon receiving final approval from the journal's referees, they will be published in an upcoming issue of the journal.
