For the purposes of this study, 1056 benthos were collected, separated, fixed, and then identified. Samples were taken using a 50×50 cm quadrate, a scraper in rocky beds, and a core sampler in sandy beaches to a depth of 5 cm. In this study, 25 species relating to 16 families of gastropods were identified. An important finding was that the species <em>Planaxis sulcatus</em> and <em>Cerithidea cingulata</em> were identified as the biological indices of the polluted areas. The results of this study revealed high pollution in these coasts due to organic materials resulting from the sewage disposal. به منظور بررسی تأثیر فاضلابهای شهری منطقه بوشهر بر تنوع و غالبیت ساختار اجتماعات شکم پایان منطقه بین جزر و مدی و شناخت گونه‌های شاخص بیولوژیکی و نهایتاً ارزیابی اثرات این فاضلابها، طی بهار 1381 لغایت زمستان همان سال، از هفت ایستگاه تحت ریزش فاضلاب شهری و یک ایستگاه فاقد آلودگی فاضلاب (شاهد)، مجموعاً 1056 نمونه کفزی جمع‌آوری و پس از جداسازی و تثبیت، شناسایی گردیدند. نمونه‌برداری در بخشهای صخره‌ای با استفاده از کوادرات50×50 سانتی‌متر و کاردک فلزی و در سواحل ماسه‌ای با استفاده از یک نمونه‌بردار مغزه‌گیر تا عمق 5 سانتی‌متر صورت گرفت. در این بررسی مجموعاً25 گونه متعلق به 16 خانواده از شکم پایان مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. از یافته‌های بسیار مهم این بررسی، معرفی گونه‌های <em>Planaxis sulcatus</em> و <em>Cerithidea cingulata</em> به عنوان شاخص بیولوژیکی مناطق آلوده می‌باشد. نتایج حاصله از این بررسی حاکی از آلودگی بسیار بالای سواحل مورد بررسی به مواد آلی ناشی از فاضلاب است. https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_2250_a07c2f3b3b907aaf8436a26c6d77f0a2.pdf
