For this purpose, a completely randomized design was used with 4 treatments (namely, 0, 50, 100, and 150 mg kg-1 of cadmium) and 3 replications. Results showed that Cd concentrations in the organs of the two species increased with increasing soil Cd content. The highest Cd concentrations in the leaves, stems, and roots (18.6, 35.33, and 89.06 in T. distichum and 29.44, 61.56, and 104.6 in p. deltoids, respectively) were observed for a Cd concentration of 150 mg Cd kg-1. The highest and lowest values of Cd concentration were observed in the roots and leaves, respectively, for all the Cd concentrations examined. Cd concentration exhibited a decreasing trend moving from roots to stems and leaves. The translocation factor increased in both species compared to the control and its greatest values (1.1065 and 1.006) were observed in the treatment with 50 mg Cd kg‒1 for p. deltoides and T. distichum, respectively. Given the importance of biological wastewater treatment and the removal of contaminants, especially heavy metals, from the environment aimed at optimal use of soil and water resources as goals of sustainable development, the cultivation of the hydrophilic species of p. deltoides and T. distichum may be recommended due to their high biomass production while the species also offer a high potential for phytoremediation and a great capacity for stabilizing soil cadmium.}, keywords = {Cadmium,Pollution,Phytoremediation,Contaminated Water,Contaminated Soil}, title_fa = {استفاده از گونه‌های درختی رطوبت‌پسند در جذب زیستی کادمیم در محیط‌های آلوده}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به آلودگی منابع آب ‌و خاک و ‌لزوم جذب، کاهش و تعدیل اثرات فلزات سنگین، ظرفیت زیست‌پالایی فلز کادمیم توسط گونه‌های درختی آب‌دوست صنوبر دلتوئیدس و دارتالاب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار شامل شاهد، 50، 100 و 150 میلی‌گرم کادمیم در کیلوگرم خاک و سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش میزان کادمیم محیط، غلظت کادمیم در اندام‌های مختلف دو گونه افزایش یافت، به‌طوری که بیشترین غلظت کادمیم در برگ، ساقه و ریشه دارتالاب و صنوبر دلتوئیدس در تیمار 150 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم کادمیم و به‌ترتیب برابر با 6/18 ،33/35 و 06/89، و 44/29 ،56/61 و 60/104 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم مشاهده شد. میزان غلظت کادمیم از ریشه به‌سمت ساقه و برگ‌ها در هر دو گونه دارای روند کاهشی بود. فاکتور انتقال کادمیم در دو گونه نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت و بیشترین آن  1065/1و 006/1 مربوط به صنوبر و دارتالاب و در تیمار 50 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم مشاهده شد. در راستای توسعه پایدار و استفاده بهینه از منابع آب و خاک و نظر به اهمیت تصفیه بیولوژیکی پساب‌ها و پاکسازی محیط زیست آلوده به‌خصوص فلزات سنگین، کشت گونه‌های آب‌دوست، صنوبر و دارتالاب با پتانسیل بالای گیاه‌پالایی به‌عنوان گونه‌های تجمع‌دهنده برای فلزات سنگین در محیط‌های آلوده پیشنهاد شد.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی,کادمیم,گیاه پالایی,آلودگی آب,آلودگی خاک}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_44804.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_44804_6103ca86b70f6e4b20e08789223b0b8e.pdf} }
