Considering turbidity as the most important criterion, the indicator for acceptability of turbidity in terms of health (Turbidity <1NTU) reached 72.69% while its public acceptability and standard compliance (Turbidity <5NTU) reached 95.60%. Despite these achievements, there exist many shortcomings including inadequate samplings, delays in conducting tests, and retarded reports, which make it difficult to arrive at definitive judgments of rural water microbial quality. Other inadequacies awaiting immediate remedial measures include: lack of procedural documents for the special conditions in rural  areas, qualifications of the personnel on the ground, dispersion of rural areas and the vastness of the country, inadequate monitoring due to shortage of specialists and their feeling of incompetence, worn-out installations and their improper maintenance and operation, and flaws in the recording and reporting activities.  The following provisions are recommended to be made in order to properly address these shortcomings: setting up a national specialized committee on rural water quality; development of chlorination units and permanent laboratories; compiling new standards and guidelines for mobile labs; efforts to exercising greater discipline in data processing, analysis, and feedback; empowerment and training of staff; translation and documentation of managerial and technical documents required, and exercising intelligent central controls and monitoring.}, keywords = {Rural,Drinking Water,Microbial Quality,Residual Chlorine,Turbidity}, title_fa = {بررسی کیفیت میکربی آب شرب روستایی کشور در سال 1385 (تنگناها، تهدیدها و فرصتها)}, abstract_fa = {در پایان سال 1385 تعداد آزمایشگاههای روستایی کشور با رشدی معادل 87/93 درصد نسبت به سال 1382 از 90 واحد به 166 واحد رسید و میانگین کشوری شاخصهای کیفیت میکربی آب شرب روستایی در فاصله سالهای 1383 و 1385در بخش کلر باقی‌مانده از 90/13 به 91/43 درصد و فقدان باکتری شاخص اشریشیاکلی از 84/37 به 93/07 درصد افزایش یافت. با درج آزمون کدورت در سرفصل شاخصهای میکربی و الزام به انجام آن، شاخص مطلوبیت کدورت از دیدگاه بهداشتی (کمتر از NTU 1) به 72/69 درصد و از نظر مقبولیت عمومی و استاندارد (کمتر از NTU 5) به 95/6 درصد رسید. به‌رغم این دستاوردها، نقیصه‌های متعددی از جمله عدم کفایت تعداد نمونه‌برداری و تأخیر در انجام و گزارش آزمونها قضاوت متقن پیرامون شاخصهای کیفیت میکربی آب شرب روستایی را با تردید مواجه می‌سازد. نبود مستندهای اجرایی متناسب با شرایط روستایی و نیازهای کارکنان در صف در یک سو و از دیگر سو پراکندگی و گستردگی روستاها و فقدان نظارت مورد انتظار ناشی از نبود یا کمبود نیروی انسانی متخصص و احساس کهتری آن، فرسودگی تأسیسات و عدم نگهداری و راهبری صحیح آنها همراه با ضعف در ثبت و گزارش فعالیتها از جمله نقیصه‌های پیش‌رو است. برای جبران این نقیصه‌ها تمهیدهایی همچون پی‌ریزی ستاد ملی کمیته تخصصی بهداشت آب روستایی، برنامه‌ریزی برای توسعه‌ ایستگاههای کلرزنی و آزمایشگاههای ثابت، پی‌ریزی سرفصل نوین آزمایشگاههای سیار، تلاش برای اعمال انضباط در پردازش، تحلیل و بازخورد اطلاعات، توانمند ساختن کارکنان در صف، تدوین و ترجمه مستندهای مدیریتی و فنی مورد نیاز، کنترل‌های هوشمندانه‌ ستادی و... پیش‌بینی شده و در دست اجراست}, keywords_fa = {روستا,آب آشامیدنی,کیفیت میکربی,کلر باقی‌مانده,کدورت}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_2165.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_2165_e9b7bd214bbd4bd4e0977bf8f3a8e1a5.pdf} }
