ارائه مدل مبنی بر استراتژی رسانه به‌منظور سازگاری با کم‌آبی

چکیده

توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع با آب گره خورده است و برای نیل به این هدف، در کشور خشک و نیمه خشک ایران سازگاری با شرایط کم آبی یکی از راه‌کارهای تسهیل کننده مدیریت بحران آب به‌شمار می‌رود. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلی مبنی بر استراتژی رسانه به منظور سازگاری با کم‌آبی است. به این منظور، ابتدا از روش‌شناسی کیفی مبتنی بر روش نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها با رویکرد سیستماتیک استراوس و کوربین استفاده شد و در نهایت به‌منظور وزن‌دهی به شرایط علّی و استراتژی‌های به‌دست آمده، از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، مهم‌‌ترین شرایط علّی با وزن‌دهی به این ترتیب است: 1- پنهان‌کاری و دروازه‌بانی سلیقه‌ای، 2- اعتماد به رسانه‌های جایگزین، 3- فقدان دموکراسی رسانه‌ای. مهم‌ترین استراتژی‌ها پس از وزن‌دهی نیز به این صورت به‌دست آمد: 1- ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی از طریق رسانه، 2- اعتماد آفرینی رسانه‌ای، 3- برقراری ارتباطات اثربخش، 4- رویکرد علم محور رسانه‌ای و استفاده از تاکتیک‌های رسانه‌ای.

چکیده [English]

Social and economic development of societies is based on water.To achieve this goal, in dry and semi-arid climate of Iran, adaptation to water shortage is one of the ways to facilitate water crisis management. The purpose of the present study is to provide a model based on a media strategy with regard to water shortage adaptation. For this purpose, qualitative methodology first was used based on Grounded Theory Methodology with Strauss and Corbin's systematic approach, and finally in order to weight the obtained causal conditions and strategies, the analytic hierarchy process [AHP] was used. According to the obtained results, the most important causal conditions with weighting are: 1. GateKeeping & Secrecy, 2. Trusting to alternative media, 3. Lack of media democracy, also the most important strategies with weighting are as follow: 1. Promote social capital through the media; 2. Create media trust; 3. Effective communication; 4. The scientific approach of the media and the use of media tactic
