برآورد تمایل شهروندان اصفهان به پرداخت برای آب مازاد کشاورزی جهت استفاده مصارف شرب
بهدلیل اهمیت آب و نقش آن در زندگی موجودات زنده، تعیین ارزش واقعی آن حائز اهمیت است. در این تحقیق، به برآورد ارزش آب مازاد کشاورزی شهر اصفهان از نظر مردم اصفهان در سال 1393 پرداخته شد و عوامل مؤثر بر ترجیحات عمومی افراد مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط و مدل رگرسیونی لاجیت، تمایل افراد به پرداخت برای استفاده از آب مازاد کشاورزی تعیین و عوامل مؤثر بر آن بررسی شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تمایل به پرداخت افراد برای استفاده از هر متر مکعب آب مازاد با متغیرهای سرانه قبض آب و تعداد افراد خانواده و متغیر مبالغ پیشنهادی رابطه منفی و با تحصیلات رابطه مثبت و معنیدار دارد. متغیر تعداد افراد خانواده و افراد اخلاقگرا بیشترین کشش را به خود اختصاص داده و بیشترین تأثیر را در تمایل به پذیرش افزایش مبلغ قبض آب داشتهاند. پس از برآورد تابع لاجیت، نتایج نشان داد که متوسط مصرف آب مردم اصفهان برای هر خانواده (با میانگین بعد 4 نفر) برابر با 57/27 متر مکعب در ماه و تمایل به پرداخت هر خانواده اصفهانی برای یک متر مکعب آب مازاد کشاورزی برابر 8/5201 ریال در ماه است.

ارزیابی ریسک سامانههای آبرسانی شهری کشور در برابر تهدیدات به روش RAMCAP
در اثر وقوع انواع تهدیدات چه طبیعی و چه انسان ساخت، خسارت فراوانی ممکن است به زیرساختهای کشور وارد شود. یکی از این زیرساختهای حیاتی، سامانه آبرسانی است. از آنجایی که مهمترین وظیفه این سامانه در زمان بحران، ناشی از وقوع تهدید، استمرار در انتقال آب به شهروندان میباشد، در صورت قطع استمرار عملکردی باعث تشدید بحران خواهد شد. از این رو باید با ارزیابی تهدیدات در سامانه آبرسانی، نقاط آسیبپذیر شناسایی شود و با شناخت این نقاط راهکارهایی بهمنظور آسیبپذیری ارائه شود. در این تحقیق ابتدا به ارزیابی داراییها و تهدیدات خاص مربوط به سامانه آبرسانی و در ادامه به ارزیابی شدت آسیبپذیری هر یک از تهدیدات احتمالی برای داراییهای مشخص شده پرداخته شد و در نهایت با محاسبه عدد ریسک هر یک از داراییها با استفاده از روش رمکپ، دارایی سدها، مخازن بههمراه ایستگاه پمپاژ، تصفیهخانهها و چاهها بهعنوان واحدهای آسیبپذیر مشخص شدند تا بتوان قبل از وقوع بحران با استفاده از این راهکارها میزان آسیبپذیری را کاهش داد. از دیگر نتایج این تحقیق مشخص شدن تهدیدات پایه تأثیرگذار بر این سامانه شامل آلودگی آب، حملات موشکی و سپس حملات سایبری میباشد.

ارزیابی آلودگی چاههای آب شرب شهر قم به نیترات طی سالهای 1385-1392
آبهای زیرزمینی یگانه منبع تأمین آب برای میلیونها نفر در جهان است و آلوده شدن آنها تأثیرات عمدهای بر سلامت انسانها، فعالیت صنایع، کشاورزی و محیط زیست دارد. آب شرب شهر قم از طرحهای انتقال آب از حوضههای مجاور و چاههای شرب حفر شده در محدوده شهر تأمین میشود. کمبود منابع تأمین آب و نیاز آبی شدید در شهر باعث شده چاههای شرب داخل شهر نقش مهمی که در گذشته در تأمین آب شرب شهر داشته اند، کماکان حفظ کنند. نیترات بهعنوان آلایندهای گسترده و متداول آب زیرزمینی از فعالیتهای انسانی و شهری منشاء میگیرد. آلودگی آبهای زیرزمینی ممکن است برای سالها، غیر قابل تشخیص باشد. احیای آبخوانهای آلوده مشکل، پر هزینه، و در برخی اوقات غیر ممکن است. بهمنظور ارزیابی غلظت نیترات چاههای آب شرب شهر قم از نتایج آنالیز 600 نمونه آب که توسط شرکت آب و فاضلاب قم در طی سالهای 1385 تا 1392 برداشت شده، استفاده شد. در این آنالیزها 136 نمونه آلوده وجود داشت. همچنین به منظور اطمینان از نتایج آزمایشهای شرکت آب و فاضلاب و تعیین محل هاله آلودگی در آذر ماه 1392 از 27 حلقه چاه عمیق در محدوده شهر نمونهبرداری و آلاینده نیترات در آزمایشگاه معتمد اندازهگیری شد. در این نمونهبرداری میانگین غلظت نیترات نمونهها 74 میلیگرم در لیتر و انحراف از معیار آنها 37 میلیگرم در لیتر بهدست آمد و آلودگی بهنیترات در 19 نمونه (70 درصد نمونهها) مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آبخوان قم در محدوده شهر قم بهصورت گسترده به نیترات آلوده میباشد.

کالیبراسیون پارامترهای با اثرات دینامیکی در مدلسازی شبکههای خطوط لوله با تحلیل معکوس جریان گذرا در حوزه فرکانس
بروز جریانهای گذرا بهدلیل شرایط بهرهبرداری در شبکههای آبرسانی امری اجتناب ناپذیر است. بنابراین تحلیل شبکههای آبرسانی برای جریان گذرا، جهت افزایش اعتمادپذیری سیستم امری ضروری است. از طرفی، دقت یک تحلیل به میزان زیادی وابسته به پارامترهای مختلف ورودی بهمدل از قبیل زبری جدار لولهها، اثرات نوسانی ضریب افت غیرماندگار و سرعت موج در لولهها است. از آنجا که تعیین قطعی این پارامترها در عمل امکانپذیر نیست، این مسئله معمولاً از طریق کالیبراسیون سیستم مورد مطالعه و عمدتاً با روشهای سعی و خطا و قضاوت مهندسی انجام میشود. خطوط لوله دارای پیچیدگیهای ذاتی در تحلیل هیدرولیکی هستند. از سوی دیگر تعداد و اثرگذاری متقابل پارامترهای دینامیکی در این شبکهها قابل توجه بوده و تشخیص صریح نقش هر یک در پاسخهای سیستم بسیار دشوار بهنظر میرسد. از این رو برای کالیبراسیون شبکههای خطوط لوله تحت فشار تحت جریانهای گذرا نیاز به استفاده از روشها و مدلهای سیستماتیکتر است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل معکوس جریان گذرا در حوزه فرکانس، به چگونگی تخمین این پارامترها پرداخته شد. روش حل مسئله کالیبراسیون بهصورت معکوس بر پایه یک سری اندازهگیریها و محاسبات پایهگذاری شد، بهگونهای که در آن سعی شد تا تابع هدف با پیدا کردن پاسخ بهینه به حداقل مقدار خود برسد. روش ارائه شده با استفاده از یک مدل آزمایشگاهی مرجع مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان میدهد که استفاده از این روش علاوه بر اینکه نتایجی رضایت بخشی در پی دارد، در عمل ساده بوده و از سرعت بالاتری نسبت به روش معکوس تحلیل جریان گذرا در حوزه زمان برخوردار است.

تخمین کانتورهای سرعت در کانال مثلثی با توزیع زبری غیر یکنواخت با استفاده از سیستم تطبیقی استنتاج فازی-عصبی
کانالهای مثلثی در مهندسی آب و فاضلاب کاربردهای متنوعی دارند؛ از این رو مشخصات هیدرولیکی جریان در این مقاطع از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. پژوهشگران روشهای مختلفی برای تخمین کانتورهای سرعت در مقاطع منشوری ارائه کردهاند. اکثر روشهای ارائه شده اثر زبری جدارهها، نحوه توزیع زبری و جریانهای ثانویه را بررسی نمیکنند. با این حال بهعلت پیچیدگی و غیرخطی بودن کانتورهای سرعت در مجاری روباز، هیچ رابطه سادهای وجود ندارد که بتواند بهطور دقیق کانتورهای سرعت را تخمین بزند. در این پژوهش رهیافتی کارآمد بهمنظور مدلسازی کانتورهای سرعت در کانالهای مثلثی روباز با توزیع زبری غیر یکنواخت، با استفاده از سیستم تطبیقی استنتاج فازی- عصبی ارائه شد. برای آموزش و ارزیابی مدل از اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی شامل 1703 داده در مجاری مثلثی با تقارن هندسی و توزیع زبری غیر یکنواخت استفاده شد. مقایسه نتایج آزمایشگاهی با مقادیر تخمینی توسط مدل نشان میدهد که مدل ANFIS، قابلیت کاربرد در شبیهسازی سرعت موضعی و تعیین کانتورهای سرعت را به خوبی داراست و ارزیابی مستقل نشان میدهد که مقادیر دبی و سرعت متوسط عمقی محاسبه شده از اطلاعات مدل، با دقت زیادی منطبق بر مقادیر آزمایشگاهی است.

ارزیابی فنی و اقتصادی استفاده از پمپهای دور متغیر در شستشوی معکوس فیلترهای ماسهای تند (مطالعه موردی)
بهدلیل تغییرات فیزیکی فیلتر، همچون تغییر در اندازه دانههای بستر، شکسته شدن نازلها و تغییرات دمای آب، میزان رژیم شستشو در طول سال تغییر میکند. با استفاده از پمپهای دور متغیر میتوان این رژیم بهینه را ثابت نگه داشت. در این تحقیق آزمایشها بر روی یک فیلتر ماسهای تند تک لایه در ابعاد حقیقی انجام شد و انبساط بهینه بین 7 تا 8 درصد بهدست آمد. تحقیقات متعدد قبلی نشان داده است که برای جلوگیری از جوشش بستر، جریان آب و هوا باید به آهستگی و به تدریج تا میزان طراحی افزایش یابد؛ در تصفیهخانههای متعارف با استفاده از شیر کروی این کنترل صورت میگیرد که موجب تلفات انرژی و بروز فشارهای متغیر بر روی پمپها و بلوئر میشود. در صورتی که با استفاده از پمپهای دور متغیر میتوان با حفظ فشار نسبتا ثابت به رژیم شستشوی بهینه دست یافت.پمپهای دور متغیر بهدلیل تأمین کردن رژیمهای شستشوی مختلف، این امکان را در اختیار طراحان و بهرهبرداران قرار میدهد تا انبساط بهینه را در بستر فیلتر بهدست آورند. در این تحقیق میزان انبساط نتایج مثبتی همچون کاهش دوران بلوغ فیلتر، کاهش کدورت خروجی به زیرNTU 3/0 و صرفهجویی در مصرف آب شستشو بهمیزان 15 تا 20 درصد و در مصرف برق پمپهای شستشوی معکوس، به میزان 30 تا 50 درصد را به همراه داشت.

استفاده از گونههای درختی رطوبتپسند در جذب زیستی کادمیم در محیطهای آلوده
با توجه به آلودگی منابع آب و خاک و لزوم جذب، کاهش و تعدیل اثرات فلزات سنگین، ظرفیت زیستپالایی فلز کادمیم توسط گونههای درختی آبدوست صنوبر دلتوئیدس و دارتالاب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار شامل شاهد، 50، 100 و 150 میلیگرم کادمیم در کیلوگرم خاک و سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش میزان کادمیم محیط، غلظت کادمیم در اندامهای مختلف دو گونه افزایش یافت، بهطوری که بیشترین غلظت کادمیم در برگ، ساقه و ریشه دارتالاب و صنوبر دلتوئیدس در تیمار 150 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم کادمیم و بهترتیب برابر با 6/18 ،33/35 و 06/89، و 44/29 ،56/61 و 60/104 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم مشاهده شد. میزان غلظت کادمیم از ریشه بهسمت ساقه و برگها در هر دو گونه دارای روند کاهشی بود. فاکتور انتقال کادمیم در دو گونه نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت و بیشترین آن 1065/1و 006/1 مربوط به صنوبر و دارتالاب و در تیمار 50 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم مشاهده شد. در راستای توسعه پایدار و استفاده بهینه از منابع آب و خاک و نظر به اهمیت تصفیه بیولوژیکی پسابها و پاکسازی محیط زیست آلوده بهخصوص فلزات سنگین، کشت گونههای آبدوست، صنوبر و دارتالاب با پتانسیل بالای گیاهپالایی بهعنوان گونههای تجمعدهنده برای فلزات سنگین در محیطهای آلوده پیشنهاد شد.

کاربرد روش سطح پاسخ جهت بهینه سازی حذف رنگ مالاشیت سبز با نانو جاذب Cl-nZVI
تخلیه پسابهای رنگی به اکوسیستمهای طبیعی خطرات جدی را برای محیط زیست و حیات آبی ایجاد نموده است. مالاشیت سبز یک رنگ بازی است که کاربردهای صنعتی بسیار گسترده بهخصوص در صنعت آبزی پروری در سطح دنیا دارد. در این پژوهش کاربرد طراحی ترکیبی مرکزی تحت روش سطح پاسخ در جذب رنگ مالاشیت سبز از محلولهای آبی با استفاده از نانوجاذب ترکیبی کلینوپتیلولایت- نانو ذرات آهن (Cl-nZVI) بررسی شد. ساختار جاذب تولید شده با استفاده از آنالیزهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، آنالیز عنصری به روش تفرق اشعه ایکس و آنالیز تعیین ویژگیهای مغناطیسی توصیف شد. اثر پارامترهای مختلف شامل pH، غلظت اولیه رنگ و دز جاذب بر میزان کارایی جذب برای یافتن بهترین شرایط جذب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در مجموع20 سری آزمایش توسط نرم افزار (Design Expert.7.0) طراحی شد و کارایی جذب بهعنوان پاسخ به نرمافزار داده شد. مقادیر بهینه برای سه متغیرpH، دز جاذب و غلظت رنگ مالاشیت سبز بهترتیب برابر با 6/5، 43/1 گرم در لیتر و 21/49 میلیگرم در لیتر بوده است. تحت شرایط بهینه پارامترهای مؤثر در فرایند جذب، کارایی جذب بالایی (90/57 درصد) برای حذف رنگ MG بهدست آمد. بهعلاوه میزان مطلوبیت در فرایند بهینهسازی 963/0 بهدست آمد. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده، جاذب Cl-nZVI میتواند یک گیرنده مناسب و ارزان قیمت برای جذب رنگ مالاشیت سبز از پساب صنایع نساجی و فعالیت آبزی پروری باشد.

تأثیر زمان ماند هیدرولیکی بر عملکرد بیوراکتور غشایی در تصفیه فاضلاب شهری
استانداردهای کیفی پسابها نسبت به گذشته سختگیرانهتر شده و لذا نیاز به بهبود کیفیت خروجی فاضلابهای تصفیه شده روز به روز در حال افزایش است. از طرفی با افزایش فشار بر منابع آب سراسر جهان، لازم است بازیافت و استفاده مجدد از خروجی فاضلاب مورد توجه قرار گیرد. اخیراً بیوراکتورهای غشایی که از محبوبیت و توجه زیادی برخورداراند به عنوان یک فناوری امیدبخش در تصفیه فاضلاب مطرح شدهاند. در راستای بهبود کیفیت خروجی تصفیهخانه فاضلاب شهری شیراز، تصفیه فاضلاب شهری توسط تکنولوژی بیوراکتور غشایی در مقیاس پایلوت میدانی در تصفیهخانه فاضلاب شهری شیراز به مدت 9 ماه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. پایلوت ساخته شده در این تحقیق از یک راکتور هوادهی به حداکثر حجم مفید 230 لیتر و یک حوضچه غشایی به حجم 110 لیتر تشکیل شد و یک غشا به فرم الیاف توخالی درون حوضچه غشایی استفاده شد. 7 زمان ماند هیدرولیکی متفاوت هوادهی از 2 تا 12 ساعت بر روی این پایلوت مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت و عملکرد سیستم در حذف مواد آلی، نیتروژن آمونیاکی، مواد معلق و کدورت و همچنین ظرفیت غشاء بررسی شد. بازدهی سیستم در حذف مواد آلی در تمام دوره به جز زمان ماند هیدرولیکی 2 ساعت کاملاً پایدار و ثابت بود. بهطوری که کاهش COD و BOD به ترتیب به بیش از 95 و 99 درصد رسید. نیتریفیکاسیون بهطور کامل انجام شد و در تمام دوره بهجز زمان ماند هیدرولیکی 2 ساعت پایدار و ثابت بود. غلظت مواد معلق خروجی سیستم تقریباً برابر صفر و میزان کدورت کمتر از NTU 1 بهدست آمد. همچنین بررسی ظرفیت غشا نشان داد که فلاکس متوسط Lm-2 h-1 5/5 در خلا متوسط 3/0 اتمسفر قابل دستیابی است. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد سیستم بیوراکتور غشایی مورد مطالعه در تصفیه فاضلاب شهری شیراز در مقایسه با سایر سیستمهای تصفیه فاضلاب شهری رایج خیلی بالاتر بود و بازدهی سیستم تحت تأثیر زمان ماندهای هیدرولیکی 3 تا 12 ساعت راکتور هوادهی نبود. بنابراین با توجه به کیفیتی که پساب خروجی این سیستم دارد به طور یقین میتواند جهت مصارف بسیار زیادی در صنعت و کشاورزی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اثر بخشی کلات DTPA بر قابلیت دسترسی کادمیم در یک خاک تیمار شده با لجن فاضلاب
استفاده از لجن فاضلاب بهعنوان کود در اراضی کشاورزی در بسیاری کشورها رایج است که میتواند نقش مؤثری بر عملکرد گیاه داشته باشد. البته این افزودنیهای آلی میتوانند باعث افزایش فلزات سنگین در خاک شوند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی کلات DTPA بر قابلیت دسترسی کادمیم در گیاه ذرت در یک خاک تیمار شده با لجن فاضلاب در شهرستان اراک صورت پذیرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل کاربرد لجن فاضلاب (0، 15 و 30 تن در هکتار) آلوده شده با کادمیم در مقادیر0 ،5، 10 و 15 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم و کاربرد کلات DTPA به مقدار 0 و 5/1 میلیمول بر کیلوگرم خاک بود. بعد از گذشت 60 روز از کاشت ذرت، ویژگیهای فیزیکی- شیمیایی خاک و غلظت کادمیم در خاک و گیاه ذرت اندازهگیری شد. کاربرد 5/1 میلیمول کلات DTPA در خاک آلوده به 5 میلیگرم کادمیم، باعث افزایش معنیدار میزان کادمیم قابل دسترس خاک شد. افزودن کلات DTPA به خاک حاوی 30 تن در هکتار لجن فاضلاب آلوده به 10 میلیگرم کادمیم به ترتیب باعث افزایش17 و 25 درصدی در میزان کادمیم در ریشه و ساقه گیاه ذرت شد. نتایج بهدست آمده از این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که همزمان با افزایش کاربرد لجن فاضلاب اثربخشی استفاده از کلات جهت گیاهپالایی کادمیم کاهش یافته است، بهطوری که کمترین اثر بخشی گیاهپالایی مربوط به تیماری بوده که بیشترین سطح لجن فاضلاب (30 تن در هکتار) با کمترین سطح آلودگی ( 5 میلی گرم کادمیم) را داشته است.

ارائه مدل مفهومی حکمرانی پایدار در مدیریت بهم پیوسته منابع آب کشور با تأکید بر آموزش و ظرفیتسازی
با عنایت به ناپایداریهای ایجاد شده در زمینه هدایت منابع آب، لزوم نگرش پیوسته در طی دو دهه گذشته به وضوح ایجاد شده است. همچنین حکمرانی شایسته و پایدار منابع آب بهعنوان مکملی بر مدیریت به هم پیوسته مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف از این تحقیق ارائه مدل مفهومی حکمرانی پایدار در مدیریت منابع آب با تأکید بر آموزش و ظرفیتسازی میباشد. در این تحقیق با مرور دیدگاههای مختلف بینالمللی، نتایج اجلاسها و کنفرانسهای جهانی آب یک مفهوم جامع و کامل از حکمرانی پایدار در مدیریت بهم پیوسته منابع آب با تأکید بر آموزش و ظرفیتسازی ارائه شده است. سپس با مراجعه به منابع بینالمللی و نیز اسناد بالادستی مصوب مدیریت آب کشور، معیارها و شاخصهای مناسب انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود. روایی شاخصها با استفاده از نظرات اساتید و متخصصان مربوطه، اعتبارسنجی و پایایی شاخصها با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ، 94/0 محاسبه شد. با مراجعه به 110 نفر از مدیران ارشد آب کشور، اساتید منابع آب دانشگاهها، مدیران ارشد کشاورزی، متخصصان خبره آب در جوامع بومی، فعالان سازمانهای مردم نهاد و با روش تمامشماری، تمامی معیارها و شاخصها در فضای فازی و با بکارگیری نرمافزار فازی، رتبهبندی شدند. الگوی ارائه شده متشکل از 9 معیار و 52 شاخص بود که در بین آنها، معیار مشارکت مردمی و شاخص آموزش و ظرفیتسازی، بیشترین امتیاز را کسب نمود. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی، کاملاً منطبق با حکمرانی پایداری است که هم اکنون مطرح است. در حکمرانی پایدار به نقش بسیار کلیدی مشارکت مردمی، آموزش و ظرفیتسازی کلیه سیاستگذاران و ذینفعان در فرایند تصمیمگیری و برنامهریزیها تأکید شده است.
