سنتز نانوذرات دیاکسید منگنز و ارزیابی عملکرد آن در حذف مس از محلولهای آبی
در این پژوهش حذف مس از محلولهای آبی با استفاده از نانوذرات دیاکسید منگنز بهعنوان جاذب مناسب و جدید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور نانوذرات دیاکسید منگنز بهروش ترسیب الکتروشیمیایی کاتدی سنتز شدند و تأثیر پارامترهای pH، زمان تماس، غلظت جاذب و اثر غلظت اولیه بر فرایند جذب مس در سیستم ناپیوسته مطالعه شد. برای تعیین ویژگیهای نانوذرات دیاکسید منگنز، از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، دستگاه پراش پرتو ایکس و دستگاه طیفسنج مادون قرمز استفاده شد که نتایج حاصل، اندازه متوسط این نانوذرات را بین 30 تا 50 نانومتر نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش pH محلول آبی از 3 تا 7، ظرفیت جذب مس افزایش مییابد، بهطوری که در pH بهینه برابر با 7، میزان جذب با مقدار بیش از 96 درصد، به حداکثر خود رسید. همچنین افزایش زمان تماس و میزان جاذب باعث افزایش راندمان حذف شد و نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت مس، ظرفیت جذب افزایش مییابد. در بررسی ایزوترمهای جذب، دادههای آزمایشی مطابقت بیشتری با مدل فروندلیچ با ظرفیت جذب بیش از 169 میلیگرم بر گرم نشان دادند. همچنین دادههای بهدست آمده برای جاذب نشان داد که جذب مس از مدل سینتیک شبه مرتبه دوم تبعیت میکند. بهطور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از نانوذرات دیاکسید منگنز، یک روش مناسب با پتانسیل بالا در حذف مس از محلولهای آبی است.

تهیه نانوالیاف پلیاکریلونیتریل و اصلاح شده سطحی با دیاتیلنتریآمین برای جذب یون کادمیم
در این پژوهش نانوالیاف پلیاکریلونیتریل به روش الکتروریسی تهیه شد. بهاین منظور محلول پلیاکریلو نیتریل و دیمتیل فرمامید با غلظت 10 درصد وزنی در میدان الکتریکی 21 کیلوولت و فاصله صفحه 16 سانتیمتر تحت ریسندگی قرار گرفت و نانوالیاف با قطر متوسط 100 نانومتر تولید شد. الیاف بهدست آمده دارای قطرهای یکنواخت و متفاوتی بود. مورفولوژی نانو الیاف بهوسیله SEM بررسی شد. در مرحله بعد سطح نانوالیاف توسط دیاتیلنتریآمین عاملدار شد و سپس با استفاده از اسپکتروفتومتر FTIR از وجود گروههای آمین در سطح نانوالیاف اطمینان حاصل شد و از این الیاف آمیندار شده برای جذب یون کادمیم استفاده شد. در فرایند جذب خصوصیات شیمیایی الیاف و تاثیرات پارامترهایی مانند pH، دما و زمان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بررسیها نشان داد در pH برابر 5 تا 7، بیش از 80 درصد یونهای کادمیم در مدت 10 دقیقه اول جذب الیاف شد و پس از 10 دقیقه با گذشت زمان بیشتر، تغییر اندکی در افزایش میزان جذب مشاهده شد و با افزایش دما، مقدار جذب اندکی افزایش یافت. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده جذب یونهای کادمیم از مدل لانگمیر تبعیت میکند. در این پژوهش برای اولین بار جذب یون کادمیم توسط نانوالیاف پلیاکریلونیتریل آمیندار انجام شد.

بررسی تأثیر جریان الکتریسیته در حذف آلودگی باکتریایی و قارچی آب
حذف عوامل بیماریزا از آب و سرعت انتشار بیماریهای منتقل شونده از آن در جامعه، از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر جریان الکتریسیته بر روی باکتریهای اشریشیاکلی، استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و مخمر کاندیدا آلبیکنس بود. بهمنظور فعال شدن باکتریها و مخمر، بهترتیب از محیط کشتهای نوترینت آگار و سابرو دکستروز آگار استفاده شد. با برداشتن مقداری از کلنی و ریختن در لوله آزمایش سوسپانسیونی تهیه شد. با توجه به شمارش آن در زمان صفر تعداد میکروارگانیسمها در 1 سیسی سوسپانسیون محاسبه و سوسپانسیون میکربی بهمنظور انجام آزمایش به درون ظرف الکترولیز ریخته شد. پس از گذشت زمانهای5 ،10، 15، 20، 25 و 30 دقیقه نمونه شیرابه میکربی داخل ظرف، با سه بار تکرار، به داخل محیط کشت منتقل شد. پس از گذشت زمان گرمخانهگذاری نتایج ثبت شد. باکتریها و مخمر بهکار گرفته شده در این پژوهش، با ولتاژ 5/16 ولت قابل نابودسازی بود. در ولتاژ 5/16 ولت و جریان 1 میلیآمپر مشخص شد که تعداد باکتری اشریشیاکلی در زمانهای 25 و 30 دقیقه بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافته است. نتایج نشان داد گونههای مختلف میکروارگانیسمها حساسیتهای متفاوتی به جریان الکتریسیته دارند و به نظر میرسد با افزایش ولتاژ و یا افزایش زمان در معرض جریان قرار گرفتن میکروارگانیسمها، اثر مهاری بیشتری بر رشد آنها دیده شود.

حذف سولفید از پساب با استفاده از فناوری جدید پیل سوختی میکربی و تولید همزمان انرژی پاک
تصفیه پساب بهعلت نقش و اهمیت آن مورد توجه پژوهشگران است. تصفیه پساب روشهای متعددی دارد که معمولاً بهزمان و هزینه زیادی نیاز دارند. پیل سوختی میکربی روشی نوین است که نگرش جدیدی را برای تولید جریان الکتریسیته و بهطور همزمان، تصفیه پساب ارائه داده است. سولفید، یون بسیار خطرناکی است که بهطور متداول در پسابها وجود دارد. در این پژوهش از این یون بهعنوان دهنده الکترون در محفظه بیهوازی استفاده شد و حذف غلظتهای مختلف آن در پیل سوختی میکربی دو محفظهای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. افزایش سه غلظت سولفید، 1/0، 8/0 و 1/5 گرم در لیتر به آنولیت بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد نزدیک به 98 درصد از سولفید موجود در محلول آندی هر سه پیل بهترتیب بعد از 21 ساعت، 6 روز و 10 روز حذف شد. همچنین برای بررسی فعالیت الکتروشیمیایی میکروارگانیسمها و اکسایش سولفید در محفظه کاتدی از ولتامتری چرخهای استفاده شد.

حذف رنگ راکتیو قرمز از فاضلاب توسط خاکستر اصلاح شده گیاه حنظل
فاضلابهای رنگی اثرات زیانآور بسیار جدی بر محیط زیست دارند. افزایش شدت رنگ باعث کاهش میزان ورود نور به محیط آبی و تغییر رشد گیاهان و بیمهرگان میشود. روشهای بسیاری برای حذف ترکیبات رنگی از فاضلاب وجود دارد که از آنها میتوان به جداسازی غشایی، فرایندهای اکسیداسیون، انعقاد و تصفیه بیهوازی اشاره کرد. همه این روشها هزینهبری بالایی دارند. فرایندهای بیوجذب از جمله روشهای کارا، مؤثر و ارزان قیمت برای حذف بسیاری از آلایندهها مانند فلزات سنگین، ترکیبات فنلی، رنگها و غیره است. در این تحقیق استفاده از یک بیوجاذب به نام خاکستر گیاه حنظل برای حذف رنگ راکتیو قرمز برای نخستین بار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای افزایش راندمان حذف، سطح خاکستر گیاه بهوسیله هیدروکسید سدیم اصلاح شد. اندازهگیریها و میزان حذف بهوسیله اسپکتروفتومتر انجام شد. همچنین اثر پارامترهای مؤثر بر حذف رنگ مانند غلظت اولیه رنگ، دز جاذب، pH و زمان جذب نیز بهینه شد. مطابق نتایج بهترین شرایط حذف رنگ در غلظت اولیه 01/0± 90 میلیگرم در لیتر، دز جاذب برابر 01/0± 75/1گرم در لیتر، pH معادل 2 و زمان 70 دقیقه بهدست آمد. بررسیهای انجام شده نشان داد ایزوترم جذب از معادله فروندلیچ پیروی میکند. همچنین در بهترین شرایط جذب، ظرفیت جذب جاذب برابر 36 میلیگرم در لیتر در pH برابر با 2 بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که خاکستر اصلاح شده حنظل، جاذب مؤثری برای حذف رنگ از فاضلابهای رنگی است.

گیاهپالایی خاکهای آلوده به هیدروکربنهای نفتی در اطراف پالایشگاه اصفهان
ترکیبات نفتی یکی از آلودگیهای متداول خاک در اطراف پالایشگاههای نفت است که اغلب منجر به آلودگی آبهای زیرزمینی نیز میشود. گیاهپالایی برای پالایش خاکهای آلوده نسبت به سایر روشهای فیزیکی- شیمیایی، مؤثر و مقرون بهصرفه است. در پژوهش حاضر گیاهپالایی خاکهای آلوده به هیدروکربنهای نفتی در اطراف پالایشگاه اصفهان بررسی شد. ابتدا درصد جوانهزنی چهار گیاه فستوکا، سورگوم، آگروپایرون و جو در خاک آلوده و شاهد بررسی شد. دو گیاه سورگوم و جو که دارای بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی در خاک آلوده بود، برای آزمایش نهایی گیاهپالایی انتخاب شد. پس از گذشت 120 روز از کاشت گیاهان، وزن خشک ریشه و اندام هوایی، تعداد باکتریهای کل و نفتخوار، تنفس میکربی و غلظت هیدروکربنهای نفتی خاک تعیین شد. تفاوت معنیداری بین تعداد باکتریهای کل و نفتخوار در خاک کشت شده با خاک بدون گیاه وجود داشت. میزان تنفس میکربی در ریزوسفر سورگوم در خاک آلوده بیشتر از ریزوسفر جو بود و میزان کاهش غلظت هیدروکربنهای نفتی در خاک آلوده کشت شده با سورگوم و جو حدود 52 تا 64 درصد تعیین شد که نسبت به خاک آلوده بدون گیاه 30 درصد بیشتر بود؛ بنابراین سورگوم و جو برای کاهش هیدروکربنهای نفتی خاکهای آلوده منطقه مورد مطالعه، پیشنهاد میشوند. البته چون دو گـیاه فوق میتوانند مورد چرای دام قرار گیرند، محیط کشت باید ایزوله شود و از ورود دام جلوگیری شود.

محاسبه احتمال رویداد شکست در شبکههای جمعآوری فاضلاب با استفاده از شبکه بیزین
سامانههای فاضلاب بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین زیرساختهای شهری، وظیفه جمعآوری و تصفیه فاضلاب تولیدی بهمنظور بازگشت به طبیعت و یا استفاده مجدد از فاضلاب را بر عهده دارند که یکی از مهمترین بخشهای این سامانهها، شبکههای جمعآوری فاضلاب است. عواقب ناگوار ایجاد شکست در این سامانهها گاهی به حدی است که کارکرد بخشی از شهر را دچار اختلال میکند. عملکرد مناسب یک شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب وابسته به برنامه بهرهبرداری و نگهداری آن است که با شناخت نقاط دارای احتمال شکست بالا، میتوان با انجام بازرسیهای مبتنی بر وضعیت سیستم، عملکرد و کارایی شبکه را به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش داد. در پژوهش حاضر، مدلی برای محاسبه احتمال رویداد شکست در شبکههای جمعآوری فاضلاب با استفاده از شبکه بیزین معرفی شده است که با توجه به قابلیتهای شبکههای بیزین و ویژگیهای سیستمهای فاضلاب، مدل ارائهشده از کارایی بالایی برخوردار است. روش ارائه شده دارای چهار گام اساسی آمادهسازی ورودیهای مدل، آموزش شبکه بیزین، صحتسنجی شبکه آموزشدیده و دریافت نتایج خروجی است. برای نشان دادن کاربرد روش معرفیشده، قسمتی از شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب شهر تهران بهعنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب شد و با استفاده از احتمال رویداد شکست بهدست آمده از مدل، فاضلابروها در پنج گروه از جهت اولویت برنامههای بازرسی و نگهداری تقسیم شدهاند. نتایج، نشاندهنده احتمال شکست خیلی کم و کم (37 درصد) و متوسط (60 درصد) برای اکثر فاضلابروهای موجود در شبکه است که البته نو بودن بخش عمده شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب تهران، میتواند از جمله عوامل آن باشد.

استفاده از خوشهبندی مکانی برای پیشبینی پارامترهای کیفی آب زیرزمینی با مدل انفیس
مدلسازی پارامترهای کیفی آبهای زیرزمینی بهعنوان یکی از منابع تأمین آب شهری، کشاورزی و صنعتی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. همراه با توسعه استفاده از روشهای نوین مدلسازی در سالهای اخیر، استفاده از ابزارهای پیشپردازش زمانی و مکانی دادهها در بالا بردن دقت این روشها اهمیت زیادی یافته است. در پژوهش حاضر از ابزارهای زمین آمار یا کوکریجینگ و نقشههای خود سازمانده بهترتیب بهعنوان تخمینگر مکانی و خوشهبندی در ترکیب با مدل شبکه عصبی- فازی انفیس برای پیشبینی زمانی پارامترهای کیفی هدایت الکتریکی و مقدار کل جامدات محلول در آب زیرزمینی دشت اردبیل استفاده شد. همچنین در این مطالعه، اثر خوشهبندی مکانی در پیشبینی زمانی هدایت الکتریکی و مقدار کل جامدات محلول بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که خوشهبندی مکانی با انتخاب ورودیهای مؤثر، روش مناسبی در جهت بهبود پیشبینی پارامترهای کیفی آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از مدل انفیس است.

در این پژوهش، کانیهای رس سپیولیت و بنتونیت با بیوپلیمر کیتوزان اصلاح شد و ویژگیهای جذبی آنها برای جذب سرب، در حالت بسته تحت شرایط مختلف، مانند زمان تماس و غلظت اولیه سرب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جاذبها با استفاده از روشهای XRD، XRF، FTIR، SEM و TOC مشخصهیابی شد و همدماها و سینتیک جذب سرب توسط این جاذبها بررسی شد. مدلهای همدمای لانگمیر و فروندلیچ برای توصیف دادههای تعادلی بهکار برده شد و ثابتهای همدماها نیز تعیین شد. مدل فروندلیچ بهخوبی دادههای آزمایش جذب سرب بهوسیله جاذبها را توصیف نمود. پس از اصلاح رسها با کیتوزان، ظرفیت جذب سرب بهوسیله سپیولیت از 83 به27 میلیگرم بر گرم و بنتونیت از 56 به 29 میلیگرم بر گرم کاهش یافت. نتایج آزمایشهای سینتیک نشان داد که رسهای طبیعی به بیش از 24 ساعت برای به تعادل رسیدن جذب سرب نیاز دارند، درحالی که این زمان در مورد کیتوزان- سپیولیت به 16 ساعت و برای کیتوزان- بنتونیت به 4 ساعت کاهش یافت. مدلهای سینتیک شبه مرتبه اول، شبه مرتبه دوم، الوویچ و پخشیدگی درون ذرهای برای توصیف دادههای آزمایش بهکار برده شد. مدل شبه مرتبه دوم، برازش بهتری بر دادههای جذب سرب بهوسیله سپیولیت، کیتوزان- سپیولیت و کیتوزان- بنتونیت نشان داد که دلالت بر این دارد که جذب شیمیایی مرحله کنترلکننده سرعت جذب سرب است. دادههای جذب سرب بهوسیله بنتونیت بهترین برازش را با مدل الوویچ نشان داد.

ارزیابی آسیبپذیری آبخوان خویس با بهکارگیری مدل دراستیک و سینتکس بهمنظور مدیریت کاربری اراضی
تغییر کاربری اراضی فرایندی تدریجی است. یکی از تبعات تغییر کاربری اراضی تغییر در کمیت و کیفیت آب زیرزمینی است. تغییرات کمّی معمولاً با بررسی سالانه بیلان آب زیرزمینی قابل پایش است، اما سنجش تغییرات کیفی فرایندی پرهزینه و زمانبر است. مدلهای دراستیک و سینتکس با استفاده از مشخصههای آبخوان شرایط پیشبینی آسیبپذیری در آبخوان را فراهم میکنند. بهمنظور مدیریت کاربری اراضی در آینده در دشت خویس که در جنوب غرب ایران واقع شده است، آسیبپذیری آبخوان با استفاده از مدل دراستیک و سینتکس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. اصول مدل دراستیک بر پایه پارامترهای هیدرولوژیکی و هیدروژئولوژیکی مؤثر بر انتقال آلودگی است. پارامترهای مدل سینتکس نیز همان پارامترهای مدل دراستیک بوده ولی فرایند وزن و رتبهدهی پارامترها در این روش انعطاف بیشتری دارد. پس از تهیه نقشههای آسیبپذیری، درستی ارزیابیهای صورت گرفته با استفاده از نقشه هممقدار نیترات مورد صحتسنجی قرار گرفت که میزان همبستگی نقشه همنیترات آب زیرزمینی با مدل دراستیک و سینتکس بهترتیب 40 و 84 درصد بود. با تحلیل حساسیت به دو روش حذف نقشه و تک پارامتری نیز میزان تأثیرگذاری هر کدام از پارامترها در آلودهسازی آبخوان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جنوب شرق منطقه دارای بیشترین خطر آسیبپذیری است.
