پیشنهاد شبکه هوشمند ارزیابی شاخص آسیبپذیری لرزهای شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب در بستر GIS (مطالعه موردی: شهرکرد)
شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب به موجب پراکندگی و قرارگیری در سطح وسیعی از گستره زمین، در هنگام زلزله در معرض آسیبهای فراوانی قرار دارد. این آسیبدیدگی علاوه بر زیان مستقیم به شبکه، پیامدهایی همچون آلودگی محیط زیست را نیز بهدنبال دارد. در هنگام زلزلههای بزرگ، تعمیرات خرابیهای متعدد در شبکه از جمله شکست لولهها و تخریب اتصالات آنها بسیار پرهزینه و زمانبر است. بنابراین از دیدگاه مدیریت ریسک زلزله، وجود ابزاری هوشمند که قادر به ارزیابی آسیبپذیری لرزهای برای هر نقطه از شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب بهعنوان یک شریان حیاتی و در هر لحظه از زمان باشد، بسیار با اهمیت است. در این مقاله با استفاده از "روش وزندهی و ارائه الگوریتمی هوشمند تحت سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS که قابلیت بهروز رسانی اطلاعات ورودی شبکه را بسته به زمان و مکان دارا باشد، به ارزیابی شاخص آسیبپذیری لرزهای شبکههای عظیم جمعآوری فاضلاب شهری پرداخته شد. بهعنوان یک مطالعه موردی، نقشههای پهنهبندی شاخص آسیبپذیری لرزهای شبکه جمعآوری فاضلاب شهرکرد، منطقهای با خطر لرزهای بالا، در بستر GIS ارائه شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که شاخص آسیبپذیری لرزهای خطوط لوله فاضلاب شهرکرد در حد کم و متوسط است و در جنوب شهرکرد بهخصوص در بافت قدیمی شهر که لولههای آن ترد است، از دیگر نقاط بیشتر است.

راهکارهای اصلاح شبکه زهکشی آبهای سطحی شهری بر اساس معیارهای مبتنی بر ریسک
اصلاح مناسب شبکههای موجود زهکشی آبهای سطحی شهری سبب کاهش ریسک آب گرفتگی و حمل بار آلودگی توسط سیلاب میشود. بنابراین اتخاذ راهکارهای اصلاح سازگار با توسعه پایدار شهری نیازمند تحلیل ریسکهای موجود کمی و کیفی آب در سیلاب شهری است. در این مقاله سه راهکار اصلاح این شبکهها شامل یک راهکار سنتی (افزایش ابعاد کانال) و دو راهکار نوین (جوی باغچه و سیستمهای ماند بیولوژیکی)، با استفاده از سه معیار شامل ریسک آبگرفتگی نقاط مختلف شبکه و ریسک آلایندههای سیلاب و هزینه اقتصادی بازسازی شبکه ارزیابی شدند. در نهایت این راهکارها با استفاده از روش تحلیل تصمیمگیری چند معیاره اولویت بندی شدند. روش پیشنهادی برای مطالعه موردی سیستم زهکشی آبهای سطحی شهر گلستان در استان تهران که مدل شبیهسازی هیدرولوژیکی و هیدرولیکی آن با استفاده از نرمافزار SWMM ساخته شده است، تشریح شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که سیستم جویباغچه میتواند بهعنوان بهترین راهکار با هزینه تقریبی 20 میلیارد ریال معرفی شود که قادر به کاهش 59 درصدی ریسک کمی سیلاب (آب گرفتگی) و 26 درصدی ریسک کیفی (آلایندهها) نسبت به شرایط موجود است.

نقش شبکههای آب و فاضلاب در توسعه میانافزا (مطالعه موردی : منطقه یک اصفهان)
گسترش روزافزون بخشهای قدیمی درون شهرها سبب رها شدن زمینهای بسیاری در قلب شهرها و تبدیل آنها به مکانهایی بیرونق و بیاستفاده شده است. راهکار" توسعه میان افزا" با تأکید بر زمینهای خالی و رها شده درون شهری، سعی دارد از طریق پرکردن بافت موجود شهر، افزایش متعادل تراکم و تغییر کاربری بناهای قدیمی به رشد و توسعه پایدار شهر دست یابد. یکی از مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار در مکانگزینی اراضی برای استقرار توسعههای میان افزا، قابلیت زیرساختهای موجود از جمله شبکههای آب و فاضلاب است. هدف از این پژوهش قابلیتسنجی شبکههای آب و فاضلاب در منطقه یک شهرداری اصفهان، بهعنوان محدوده مطالعاتی بود که با استفاده از روشهای تحلیل مکانی و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و با بهکارگیری نرمافزارهای EPANET، Arc GIS و Sewer Cad صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که قابلیت بالاتر شبکههای آب و فاضلاب موجود در محلات خلجا و درب کوشک میتواند منجر به استفاده بهینه از فرصتهای موجود در این محدودهها شود و از این طریق، بستر لازم برای برنامهریزیهای آتی بهمنظور پاسخگویی به توسعههای جدید فراهم آید و از اتلاف سرمایههای اقتصادی و اجتماعی جلوگیری شود.

در این تحقیق، خاک اره بهعنوان مادهای اقتصادی در حذف آرسنیک از محیطهای آبی بررسی شد. در این مطالعه از خاک اره اصلاح شده و اصلاح نشده بلوط استفاده شد. نمونه آرسنیک مورد استفاده با اضافه کردن آرسنات سدیم در آب مقطر آماده شد و تأثیر pH، مقدار جاذب، زمان تماس و غلظت اولیه آرسنیک پنج ظرفیتی بر میزان جذب سطحی آرسنات توسط هر دو جاذب بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که خاک اره اصلاح شده با زمان تماس 60 دقیقه و در pH برابر 7، مقدار جاذب 4 گرم در لیتر و غلظت اولیه آرسنات 150 میکروگرم در لیتر، بیشترین راندمان جذب (بیشتر از 91 درصد) را داشت. دادههای هر دو جاذب بهخوبی از مدل لانگمیر تبعیت کرد. در شرایط بهینه با غلظت اولیه آرسنات 150 میکروگرم در لیتر و در pH، زمان تماس و دز جاذب بهینه، بیشترین میزان حذف توسط خاک اره اصلاح شده، 85/93 درصد بهدست آمد. با توجه به بازدهی بالا در دز جاذب و زمان کمتر و عدم نیاز به اصلاح pH و همچنین قابلیت دسترسی و ارزان بودن خاک اره، استفاده از خاک اره اصلاح شده بلوط، بهعنوان جاذبی مؤثر در حذف آرسنیک از محیطهای آبی پیشنهاد میشود.

کارایی فرایند انعقاد الکتریکی در تصفیه آب سطحی با استفاده از الکترود آلومینیوم
دسترسی به آب آشامیدنی سالم یکی از اهداف مهم برای حفظ بهداشت عمومی است. این پژوهش، یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بود که با هدف بررسی عملکرد فرایند انعقاد الکتریکی در تصفیه آب سطحی انجام شد. نمونههای آب از آبگیر سد سلیمانشاه سنقر تهیه شدند. فرایند تصفیه در یک راکتور بهصورت ناپیوسته انجام شد. طراحی دورههای آزمایش با استفاده از نرمافزار دیزاین اکسپرت انجام شد. اثر متغیرهای پتانسیل الکتریکی (5 تا 25 ولت)، زمان واکنش (20 تا 60 دقیقه)، دما ( 10 تا 30 درجه سلسیوس) و دور همزن (200 تا 400 دور دقیقه) بر راندمان حذف آهن، منگنز، سختی، قلیائیت و کدورت از آب سطحی با استفاده از الکترود آلومینیوم بررسی شد. بعد از تصفیه، پارامترهای مورد مطالعه و مقادیر فلز محلول ناشی از آزادسازی الکترود آند اندازهگیری شد. در تصفیه با فرایند انعقاد الکتریکی حداکثر راندمان حذف آهن 2/96 درصد، منگنز 6/94 درصد، سختی 6/26 درصد و قلیائیت 2/12 درصد بهدست آمد و کدورت از 6/0 به NTU15/0 کاهش یافت. در این شرایط مقدار فلز محلول آلومینیوم بیشتر از سطح استاندارد آب آشامیدنی بود. نتایج نشان داد که فرایند انعقاد الکتریکی در حذف پارامترهای مورد بررسی از آب سطحی مؤثر است. مقدار فلز محلول در اثر انحلال الکترود آند حائز اهمیت بهداشتی است و استفاده از این روش را در شرایط حداکثر راندمان حذف محدود میکند. در شرایط بهینه، فرایند انعقاد الکتریکی با الکترودهای آلومینیوم، یک روش پیشتصفیه مناسب است.

تصفیه درجای آلاینده سرب توسط نانوذرات آهن با روکش نیکل
در این پژوهش توانایی نانوذرات دو فلزی آهن با روکش نیکل در تصفیه درجای آب آلوده به سرب دو ظرفیتی مطالعه شد. ابتدا نانوذرات سنتز شد و سوسپانسیون آن بهکمک بیوپلیمر نشاسته پایدار شد و سپس آزمایشهای ارزیابی توانایی آن برای حذف آلاینده سرب در دو گروه جریان منقطع و جریان پیوسته انجام گرفت. بر اساس نتایج آزمایشهای منقطع، واکنش حذف سرب دو ظرفیتی بر مدل شبه مرتبه اول انطباق داشته و ثابت سرعت واکنش آن بهصورت تابعی از pH محلول و نسبت استکیومتری بین آهن و سرب، در محدوده 01/0 تا 035/0 گرم/میلیگرم/دقیقه تغییرات داشت. بر مبنای آزمایشهای جریان پیوسته سرعت تراوش، مقدار و تازگی نانوذرات آهن و نوع دانههای محیط متخلخل متغیرهای اصلی تأثیرگذار در حذف درجای سرب دو ظرفیتیمحسوب میشوند. حداکثر راندمان حذف سرب دو ظرفیتی در آزمایشهای منقطع و جریان پیوسته در مدل آزمایشگاهی بهترتیب 95 و 80 درصد بهدست آمد. بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، نانوذرات آهن با روکش نیکل، برای تصفیه درجای آب زیرزمینی آلوده به سرب دو ظرفیتی،کارایی بالایی ندارند.

بهینهسازی تصفیه فنل آبی با پرسولفات در حضور یون آهن
ترکیبات فنلی در بین آلایندههای دارای تقدم قرار میگیرند و اثرات سوء بر سلامت انسان و موجودات زنده دارند. فرایندهای اکسیداسیون پیشرفته به لحاظ بازده بسیار بالا، جنبههای بهداشتی و محیط زیستی مطلوب، از چشمانداز مطلوبی در حذف آلایندهها در آب و فاضلاب برخوردار هستند. پرسولفات از نظر اکسیدکنندگی، نسبت به بسیاری از اکسیدکنندهها قویتر است، بهویژه وقتی همراه با آهن بهکار رود باعث تولید رادیکالهای سولفات میشود که پتانسیل اکسیداسیون بالاتری را ایجاد خواهد کرد. در این پژوهش سعی شد با فعالسازی پرسولفات با یون آهن بهترین شرایط برای حذف فنل از محیطهای آبی بهدست آید. طرح آزمایشها بر اساس روش آماری تاگوچی و با استفاده از نرمافزار مینیتب 16 انجام شد. چهار عامل و هر کدام با پنج سطح برای تعیین شرایط بهینه حذف فنل در نظر گرفته شد. زمان تماس 120 دقیقه، نسبت مولار پرسولفات به آهن 5:4 و pH برابر 3 ، شرایط بهینه تصفیه فنل با اکسیداسیون پرسولفات/یون آهن بود. میزان حذف فنل در شرایط بهینه برای غلظتهای 50 تا 750 میلیگرم در لیتر فنل بهترتیب 708/0±93/94 و 675/0±21/58 درصد بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که در بین پارامترهای مؤثر بر این فرایند، pH محیط با 80/54 درصد بیشترین و غلظت پرسولفات با 05/11 درصد کمترین عامل مؤثر بودند. با کاربرد این فرایند میتوان میزان فنل با غلظتهایی که در فاضلابهای صنعتی یافت میشود را بین 59 تا 95 درصد حذف کرد.

جداسازی، شناسایی و تعیین ویژگی دو گونه تریکوسپورون مخمری تجزیه کننده فنل جداسازی شده از پساب کارخانه ککسازی زرند کرمان
فنل و ترکیبات فنلی، آلودهکنندههای محیطی هستند که در پساب صنایع مختلف از جمله زغال سنگ، پالایشگاههای نفت، کارخانههای فراوردههای شیمیایی و پتروشیمی وجود دارند. حذف فنل از خروجی پساب صنایع اهمیت زیادی در حفظ محیط زیست دارد. تجزیه فنل، معمولاً بهوسیله روشهای فیزیکوشیمیایی صورت میگیرد، اما این روشها هزینهبر بوده و واسطههای خطرناک تولید میکنند.تجزیه بیولوژیکی فنل در سالهای اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از بین میکروارگانیسمها، مخمرها اهمیت خاصی در تجزیه فنل دارند. در این پژوهش، مخمرهای تجزیهکننده فنل ابتدا از نمونههای محیطی (خاک و پساب ) کارخانه ککسازی زرند کرمان جداسازی شد. سپس کل مخمرهای هتروتروف و تجزیهکننده شمارش شدند که نمونههای خاک، دارای میزان بالاتری از مخمرهای تجزیهکننده نسبت به نمونههای پساب بودند. پس از سه بار پاساژ دادن مخمرها، میزان رشد آنها اندازهگیری شد که مخمرهای K1 و K11 دارای بیشترین میزان رشد بودند. همچنین همین مخمرها قادر به حذف فنل بودند که سنجش آن توسط معرف گیبس صورت گرفت. سپس اثر چهار غلظت مختلف فنل (05/0، 125/0، 2/0 و 275/0 گرم در لیتر) بررسی شد و دو الگوی تجزیهای در این مخمرها مشاهده شد. همچنین مقدار فعالیت امولسیونکنندگی و هیدروفوبیسیته هر یازده مخمر اندازهگیری شد. در نهایت پس از یکسری آزمونهای بیوشیمیایی، شناسایی مولکولی مخمرهای قوی در تجزیه فنل با تکثیر قسمتی از ناحیه ژنی 18S rRNA با پرایمرهای ویژه این ژن (Euk-A, Euk-B) انجام شد. توالی حاصله علیه بانکهای ژنی مقایسه شد و بالاترین همولوژی ( بالاتر از 98 درصد) بهعنوان جنس و گونه مخمر تجزیهکننده تعیین شد. مخمرهای جداسازی شده مربوط به جنسهای تریکوسپورون مونتاویدینس و تریکوسپورون کوتانئوم بودند.

تصفیه و دفع لجن مازاد یک چالش بزرگ در تصفیهخانههای فاضلاب است. در این تحقیق کاهش حجم لجن در راکتور ناپیوسته متوالی در مقیاس پایلوت بررسی شد. دو راکتور ناپیوسته متوالی در مدت زمان ۱۲ ماه بهرهبرداری شد و پارامترهایی از قبیل COD، MLSS، pH، DO، SVI، SOUR، ORP در طول مدت بهرهبرداری راکتور مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در بین زمانهای ماند سلولی مختلف (۵، ۱۰، ۱۵، ۲۰ ۲۵ روز) در زمان ماند ۱۰ روز بهترین راندمان حذف COD (۹۵ درصد) بدون مشکلات بالکینگ و همچنین تولید کف ایجاد شد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر متابولیسم جفت نشده فاز آنوکسیک و بیهوازی لجن بر کاهش تولید بیومس، لجن فاضلاب برای مدت ۱ تا ۴ ساعت قبل از فاز واکنش در راکتور با پتانسیل اکسیداسیون و احیای مختلف نگهداری شد. نگهداری لجن بعد از مدت چهار ساعت با پتانسیل اکسیداسیون و احیای 238- میلیولت میزان COD را از ۶۰۰ به ۳۳ میلیگرم در لیتر کاهش داد و غلظت MLSS بهطور جزئی از ۱۳۵۰ به ۱۵۰۰ میلیگرم در لیتر افزایش یافت. با استفاده از این مکانیسم، COD پساب خروجی پایینتر از استاندارد محیط زیست از نظر دفع پساب به آبهای پذیرنده و استفاده مجدد در کشاورزی است. از طرفی در پتانسیل اکسیداسیون و احیای برابر 238- میلیولت، میزان SOUR به mgO2/h.gVSS ۲۲ و میزانSVI به کمتراز ۴۰میلیلیتر بر گرم رسید.

فرایند تصفیه پساب سنتزی حاوی رنگزای AB14 به روش اکسایش الکتریکی در راکتور آزمایشگاهی و پایلوت
در این تحقیق از فرایند اکسایش الکتریکی در دو راکتور آزمایشگاهی و پایلوت برای حذف رنگ اسید قهوهای 14 استفاده شد. راکتور آزمایشگاهی با حجم 5/0 لیتر مجهز به الکترود پلاتین بهعنوان آند و الکترود استیل 304 بهعنوان کاتد بوده و راکتور پایلوت با حجم 9 لیتر مجهز به الکترود استیل 304 بهعنوان کاتد و آند بود. در این فرایند پارامترهای انرژی مصرفی و بازده آندی بررسی شدند. در راکتور آزمایشگاهی بعد از 18 دقیقه از انجام فرایند حذف رنگ و COD بهترتیب برابر 92 درصد و 36 درصد بوده و در راکتور پایلوت بعد از 60 دقیقه از انجام فرایند حذف رنگ و COD به ترتیب 87 درصد و 59 درصد بهدست آمد. مطالعات سینتیکی بر اساس حذف رنگ و COD نشان داد که در هر دو راکتور آزمایشگاهی و پایلوت سینتیک فرایند از مرتبه صفر پیروی میکند.

مقایسه عملکرد برکههای تثبیت و تالاب مصنوعی با جریان زیر سطحی در تصفیه فاضلاب شهری در یزد
فاضلاب از یک سو مهمترین عامل آلودگی آب بهشمار میرود و از سوی دیگر در صورت تصفیه با روشی مناسب میتواند بهعنوان یکی از منابع جایگزین آب محسوب شود. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه عملکرد برکههای تثبیت و تالاب مصنوعی زیر سطحی در تصفیه فاضلاب شهری در شهر یزد انجام شد. در این پژوهش تعداد 72 نمونه از ورودی و خروجی تالاب و 72 نمونه از ورودی و خروجی برکههای تثبیت بهمدت یک سال برداشت شده و مورد آزمایش و مقایسه قرار گرفت. دادههای بهدست آمده نشان داد که راندمان حذف BOD5، COD، TSS، NH4-N، NO3-N و PO4 در برکههای تثبیت به ترتیب 7/79، 6/79، 4/44، 57، 0 و 5/42 درصد و در تالاب مصنوعی بهترتیب 8/80، 5/81، 7/77، 9/9، 34 و 4/59 درصد بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که راندمان حذف BOD5، COD، TSSو PO4 در فصلهای پاییز و تابستان بیشتر از سایر فصول بوده است. بنابراین میتوان گفت که تالابها هم از لحاظ کارایی و هم از لحاظ اقتصادی مقرون به صرفهتر از برکههای تثبیت هستند.

بررسی مقدار جذب و تجمع کادمیم در اندامهای مختلف چهار گیاه زراعی (گندم، اسفناج، خیار و هویج)
استفاده غیر اصولی از فاضلابهای صنعتی باعث آلودگی محیط زیست به فلزات سنگین شده است. تجمع فلزات سنگین در خاک و انتقال آن به محصولات زراعی بهعنوان یکی از عوارض مهم بهداشتی و محیط زیستی استفاده غیر اصولی از پسابها و فاضلابهای صنعتی در مناطقی از کشور مطرح است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف غلظت کادمیم خاک بر مقدار جذب و تجمع آن در اندامهای مختلف چهار گیاه زراعی رایج در کشور (گندم، اسفناج، خیار و هویج)، بهصورت یک طرح آزمایشی فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کاملاً تصادفی در سه تیمار کادمیم در خاک شامل غلظتهای صفر (تیمار شاهد)، 50 و 100 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک، در چهار تکرار به اجرا در آمد. خاک مورد استفاده از مزرعه چهارصد هکتاری مؤسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر (کرج) انتخاب و بعد از دوبار الک کردن با مش دو میلیمتر و افزودن نیترات کادمیم و مخلوط نمودن کامل تهیه شد. برای کاشت از گلدانهای پلاستیکی استوانهای به قطر 40 و ارتفاع 60 سانتیمتر استفاده شد. مقدار آب مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش پنمن مانتیث برآورد شد. در پایان فصل زراعی از بخشهای مختلف گیاهان برای سنجش مقدار تجمع کادمیم نمونهبرداری و آزمایش بهعمل آمد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مقدار تجمع کادمیم با افزایش غلظت کادمیم در محیط ریشه نسبت مستقیم داشته و به جز تیمار شاهد، در سایر تیمارها بیش از حد استاندارد مصارف انسانی بود. ترتیب تجمع کادمیم در بخشهای مختلف گیاهان مورد بررسی به شرح زیر بود: ریشه: خیار، هویج، گندم، اسفناج، برگ و ساقه: هویج، خیار، گندم، اسفناج، میوه یا محصول: گندم، خیار، هویج، اسفناج، پوست میوه: گندم، اسفناج، هویج، خیار.

تأثیر ماند آب در لولهها و مخازن ساختمانهای مسکونی بر کیفیت آب شرب (مطالعه موردی : مناطقی از شهر تهران)
کیفیت آب در شبکههای توزیع معمولاً بهطور منظم مورد پایش قرار میگیرد اما بررسی کیفیت آب در لولهها و مخازن داخل ساختمانها به ندرت انجام میشود. در این مقاله، تغییرات کیفی آب آشامیدنی بهعلت راکد ماندن در لولهها و مخازن داخل ساختمانهای مسکونی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور انجام آزمایش شمارش باکتریهای هتروتروف، از 25 ساختمان در شهر تهران که 11 مورد از آنها دارای مخزن بودند، نمونهبرداری شد. نتایج آزمایشها، حاکی از افزایش قابل ملاحظه تعداد باکتریهای موجود در آب درون لولهها، به دنبال راکد ماندن در طول شب بود. بر اساس نتایج شمارش باکتریها، اگر چه در اکثر موارد، راکد ماندن آب در مخازن، کاهش کیفیت آب را بههمراه داشت، اما تعداد باکتریهای موجود در آب مخازن، هنوز از حد استاندارد کمتر بودند.
