For this purpose, the effluent samples were collected from leads and zinc plant of Zanjan. Then, cadmium resistant strains (yeast and a mold) were isolated by cultivation on BHI agar containing cadmium sulfate. After preparing the living and dead biomass, the effect of pH, initial metal concentration and contact time in removal of cadmium was investigated. In this study it was found that the dead biomass of yeast and mold were able to remove86.95% and 58.65% of cadmium from the samples respectively. The results also showed that the living biomass of yeast and mold removed cadmium 29.84% and 31.94% reapectively.  Most removal occurred after 60 minutes of contact time. . These strains were identified by 18SrRNA PCR sequencing method. Yeast strain had 99% homology with Rhodosporidium toruloides SM30and mold strain had 100% homology with Aspergillus melleus. Thus, these strains could be used for bioremediation studies in semi-industrial scale.}, keywords = {Biosorption,Cadmium,Fungal Strains,Wastewater,Lead and Zinc Plant}, title_fa = {جذب زیستی کادمیم توسط سویه‌های قارچی جدا شده از پساب کارخانه‌های سرب و روی زنجان}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه جذب زیستی فلز کادمیم از پسابهای صنعتی توسط سویه‌های قارچی جدا شده مطالعه شد. برای این منظور نمونه‌های پساب کارخانه‌های سرب و روی زنجان جمع‌آوری شد. سپس سویه‌های مقاوم به کادمیم (مخمر و یک کپک) با کشت در محیط BHI آگار حاوی سولفات کادمیم جداسازی شدند. پس از تهیه توده زیستی زنده و کشته شده اثر pH، غلظت اولیه فلز کادمیم و زمان تماس با فلز بررسی شد. در این بررسی مشخص شد که توده زیستی کشته شده مخمر و کپک توانستند به‌ترتیب 95/86 و 65/58 درصد کادمیم را از نمونه حذف کنند. همچنین توده زیستی زنده مخمر و کپک نیز به‌ترتیب 84/29 و94/31 درصد از آن را حذف کردند. بیشترین حذف در زمان 60 دقیقه رخ داد. سویه‌ها با روش ژنتیکی 18SrRNA PCR sequencing  شناسایی شدند. سویه مخمری با رودوسپوریدیوم تورولوئیدس SM30 99 درصد و سویه کپکی با آسپرژیلوس ملئوس 100 درصد همسانی داشت. پس این سویه‌ها می‌توانند برای مطالعات اصلاح زیستی در مقیاس نیمه صنعتی استفاده شوند.}, keywords_fa = {جذب زیستی,کادمیم,سویه‌های قارچی,پساب,کارخانه سرب و روی}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_3178.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_3178_d1667e4321c2e007e51364c5058beeac.pdf} }
