The research project was designed to assess the ability of each software package to model the flow through bridge structures. It was carried out using the data taken from experiments completed by a 22-meter laboratory flume at theUniversityofBirmingham. The flume has a compound cross section containing a main channel and two flood plains on either side. For this study a smooth main channel and a smooth floodplain have been assumed. Two types of bridges are modeled in this research; a multiple opening semi-circular arch bridge and a single opening straight deck bridge. For each bridge, two different simulations were carried out using two different upstream boundaries as low flow and high flow simulations. According to the results, all three packages were able to model arch and US BPR bridges but in some cases they presented different results. The highest water elevation upstream the bridge (maximum afflux) was the main parameter to be compared to the measured values.ISISand HEC-RAS (especially HEC-RAS) seem to be more efficient to model arch bridge. However, in some cases, MIKE 11 produced considerably higher results than those of the other two packages. To model USBPR bridge, all three packages produced reasonable results. However, the results by HEC-RAS are the best when the outputs are compared to the experimental data.}, keywords = {Flow Modeling,Under Bridge Flow,Software Packages,Hydrodynamic Modeling,bridge,ISIS,Mike11,HEC-RAS}, title_fa = {ارزیابی کارآیی بسته‌های نرم‌افزاری مختلف در شبیه‌سازی جریان در زیر پلها}, abstract_fa = {این تحقیق در حقیقت یک بررسی مقایسه‌ای و مستقل در رابطه با تناسب و توانایی سه نرم‌افزار هیدرولیکی شناخته شدهMIKE11 ، HEC-RAS و ISIS جهت شبیه‌سازی جریان در زیر سازه پلها است. داده‌های مورد استفاده در این مطالعه مربوط به یک بررسی آزمایشگاهی است که قبلاً با استفاده از یک فلوم 22 متری در دانشگاه بیرمنگهام انگلستان انجام شده است. دو نوع پل، شبیه‌سازی شد که یکی پل قوسی دو دهانه و دیگری پل مستقیم عرشه‌دار یا پل مدل US BPR با سه پایه بود. در شبیه‌سازی هر پل، دو جریان متفاوت تحت عنوان دبی کم و دبی زیاد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و نتایج حاصل از نرم افزارها مقایسه و تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند. جهت ارزیابی توانایی نرم‌افزارها نیمرخ سطح آب محاسبه شده توسط این نرم‌افزارها با مقادیر اندازه‌گیری شده مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. هرچند هر دو نرم‌افزار قادر بودند که جریان در زیر پلهای قوسی و مستقیم عرشه‌دار را شبیه‌‌سازی کنند، لکن نتایج ارائه شده توسط آنها متفاوت بود. جهت شبیه‌سازی جریان در زیر پل قوسی، دو نرم‌افزار HEC-RAS و ISIS (خصوصاً HEC-RAS) توانایی و دقت بیشتری را نشان داد لکن نتایج حاصل از MIKE11 در این مرحله فاصله زیادی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی داشت. در رابطه با شبیه‌سازی جریان در زیر پل مستقیم عرشه‌دار، هر سه نرم افزار نتایج معقولی ارائه دادند؛ هر چند که نتایج حاصل از HEC-RAS در مقایسه با دو نرم افزار دیگر به مقادیر آزمایشگاهی نزدیک‌تر بود.}, keywords_fa = {مدل‌سازی جریان,جریان در زیر پلها,نرم‌افزار,مدل‌سازی هیدرودینامیکی,پل,ISIS,MIKE11 HEC-RAS}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_2224.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_2224_38860ef6b8a518c3f1344f5e028142ee.pdf} }
