This compound is found in effluents from chemical, dye, pigment, herbicide, pharmaceutical, plastic, and paint industries. The moving bed biofilm reactor was developed to adopt the best features of the activated sludge process as well as those of the biofilter processes. In this study, a cylindrical moving bed biofilm reactor with an approximate capacity of 5 liters was used. The effects of LECA (Light Expanded Clay Aggregate) filling ratio and retention times (RT) of 8, 24, 48, and 72 hr were investigated on removal efficiency for different influent COD values. The best removal efficiency of 91% was obtained for a COD level of 2000 mg/L after 72 hour. Other experiments were conducted to evaluate the removal efficiency of the reactor under a decreased carrier volume of 30% and under continuous loading. NMR test results confirmed the capability of the reactor in the biodegradation of aniline. The capability of the reactor was also evaluated by feeding an organic shock that resulted in satisfactory performance of MBBR. The results showed that Grau and Stover-Kincannon were the best models to describe the biological kinetic data in this study.}, keywords = {LECA,aniline,Biofilm,Organic Shock,NMR,Biological Model}, title_fa = {تصفیه فاضلاب حاوی آنیلین با استفاده از راکتور بیوفیلمی با بستر متحرک}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق کارایی راکتور بیوفیلمی با بستر متحرک یا MBBR در تصفیه فاضلاب مصنوعی حاوی آنیلین که در پساب صنایع شیمیایی، کارخانه‌های رنگ، لاستیک، تولید دارو، پلاستیک‌سازی و آفت‌کش‌ها یافت می‌شود، بررسی شده است. در MBBR ایده اصلی بر تطابق بهترین ابزار و قابلیتهای فرایند لجن فعال و فرایندهای بیوفیلتر و به‌کار گرفتن آنها به موازات هم و کنار نهادن معایب هر یک از آنها می‌باشد. در این تحقیق از راکتوری به حجم تقریبی 5 لیتر برای تصفیه آنیلین استفاده شد. برای بستر رشد میکروارگانسیم‌ها از سنگدانه‌های سبک لیکا با درصد پرشدگی 50 و 30 به عنوان محیط رشد بیوفیلم در راکتور استفاده گردید. میزان تصفیه‌پذیری این ترکیب در زمان ماندهای 8، 24، 48 و72 ساعت و COD‌های مختلف تعیین شد و بالاترین راندمان حذف در COD برابر 2000 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر به میزان 91 درصد، در زمان ماند 72 ساعت و با میزان پرشدگی 50 درصد به دست آمد. نتایج آزمایش طیف سنجی NMR نیز توانایی تجزیه بیولوژیکی راکتور را تأیید کرد. در ادامه، راندمان راکتور با کاهش حجم آکنه‌ها به 30 درصد و نحوه عملکرد سیستم در شرایط باردهی پیوسته بررسی شد. راندمان حذف شوک آلی وارده، کارایی بالای سیستم در این شرایط را اثبات کرد. نتایج سینتیک واکنش‌های بیولوژیکی نیز نشان از تبعیت راکتور از مدل مرتبه دوم گراو و مدل اصلاح شده استور-کینکانن داشت.}, keywords_fa = {لیکا,آنیلین,بیوفیلم,شوک‌آلی,طیف سنجی NMR,مدل بیولوژیکی}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_1696.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_1696_4c4b6a90cfb23b89164d78a235339a6c.pdf} }
