The presence of antibiotics in the environment can affect non-target pathogens, change the structure, enrich the algae in water sources, interfere with photosynthesis in plants and cause morphological abnormalities in plants. Various methods have been studied to remove antibiotics. Among these, surface adsorption is one of the appropriate methods. Therefore, in this study, the synthesis of polyaniline-polyethylene glycol resin and its evaluation in the removal of cefazolin by the adsorption process were investigated. Polyanyylene-polyethylene glycol resin was prepared by chemical polymerization method. Transfer electron microscope, thermometer and infrared spectrometer were used to determine the properties of the synthesized resin. In this study, the effect of pH parameters in the range of 2 to 8, the amount of adsorbent 0.1 to 5 g, the initial concentration of antibiotics in the amount of 10 to 100 mg/L, contact time 15 to 120 minutes and the temperature range of 20 to 70 °C, adsorbent desorption with nitric acid and sodium hydroxide, the interfering compounds of chloride and sulfate were investigated. The adsorption isotherms of Langmuir, Freundlich, Tamkin and adsorption kinetics were determined. In all stages, spectrophotometer was used to determine the concentration of cefazolin and HPLC was used to determine the effect of interfering ions on the removal of cefazolin and to confirm the results of spectra to determine the effect of interfering ions. The contact time of 60 minutes of adsorbent and cefazolin was selected as the optimal time due to the completion of the adsorption capacity of polyaniline-polyethylene glycol resin and high removal efficiency. Due to the high removal efficiency of cefazolin at (pH = 5), cefazolin was selected as the optimal pH due to the competition between OH- ions and negatively charged molecules. Adsorbent (3 g) was selected as the optimal adsorbent due to the increase in removal efficiency with increasing adsorbent consumption and the presence of a large number of adsorption sites. Elimination of cefazolin was tested in the concentration range (10, 20, 50, 70 and 100 mg/L) and the results showed that with increasing the concentration of cefazolin, the removal efficiency decreased from 69% to 50% due to more adsorption sites on the adsorbent surface in concentrations. Low concentration of cefazolin causes to be rapidly absorbed and the removal efficiency increases. The results of experiments of the effect of disturbing compounds showed that the removal percentage of cefazolin in distilled water from 98.46% to 72.72% in municipal water despite the disturbing compounds of chloride and sulfate due to the formation of anions with the adsorbent surface and the formation of stable complexes and barriers to cefazolin uptake decreased. The results of adsorbent reduction showed that the percentage of removal of cefazolin after 6 steps by nitric acid decreased from 93.99 to 74.55% and decreased by profit from 41.25 to 21.56%.}, keywords = {Polyaniline,polyethylene glycol,Cefazolin,Methyl Hexyl Imidazolium Hexafluoride Phosphate}, title_fa = {حذف آنتی‌بیوتیک سفازولین با استفاده از رزین پلی‌انیلین-پلی‌اتیلن ‌گلایکول از محیط آبی}, abstract_fa = {سفازولین آنتی‌بیوتیکی پرمصرف در درمان عفونت‌های باکتریایی است که به شکل اصلی و یا متابولیزه شده از طریق تخلیه فاضلاب‌ها و پساب‌ها، وارد منابع آبی می‌شود. حضور آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها در محیط می‌تواند باعث تأثیرگذاری بر روی پاتوژن‌های غیرهدف، تغییر ساختار، غنای جلبک‌های موجود در منابع آبی، مداخله بر فتوسنتز گیاهان و ایجاد ناهنجاری‌های مورفولوژی در گیاهان شود. روش‌های مختلفی برای حذف آنتی‌بیوتیک بررسی شد. در این میان جذب سطحی یکی از روش‌های مناسب است. بنابراین در این پژوهش، سنتز رزین پلی‌انیلین-پلی‌اتیلن گلایکول و ارزیابی عملکرد آن در حذف سفازولین توسط فرایند جذب سطحی بررسی شد. رزین پلی‌انیلین-پلی‌اتیلن ‌گلایکول به روش پلیمریزاسیون شیمیایی تهیه شد. برای تعیین ویژگی‌های رزین سنتز شده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری، دستگاه گرما وزن‌سنجی و طیف‌سنج مادون قرمز استفاده شد. در این پژوهش تأثیر پارامترهای pH معادل 2 تا 8، مقدار جاذب 1/0 تا 5 گرم، غلظت اولیه آنتی‌بیوتیک در مقدار 10 تا 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، زمان تماس 15 تا 120 دقیقه و دمای 20 تا 70 درجه سلسیوس، واجذب جاذب با اسید نیتریک و هیدروکسید سدیم، ترکیبات مزاحم کلرور و سولفات بررسی شد. ایزوترم‌های جذب لانگمیر، فروندلیچ، تمکین و سینتیک جذب تعیین شد. در تمامی مراحل برای تعیین غلظت سفازولین از دستگاه اسپکتوفتومتر استفاده شد و برای تعیین تأثیر یون‌های مداخله‌گر در حذف سفازولین و تأیید نتایج اسپکت تعیین تأثیر یون‌های مداخله‌گر از دستگاه HPLC استفاده شد. زمان تماس 60 دقیقه جاذب و سفازولین به‌دلیل کامل شدن ظرفیت جذب رزین پلی‌انیلین-پلی‌اتیلن گلایکول و کارایی بالای حذف به‌عنوان زمان بهینه انتخاب شد. با توجه به کارایی بالای حذف سفازولین در pH برابر 5 به‌دلیل رقابت بین یون‌های -OH و مولکول‌های با بار منفی سفازولین به‌عنوان pH بهینه انتخاب شد. جاذب با مقدار 3 گرم به‌دلیل افزایش بازدهی حذف با افزایش جاذب مصرفی و وجود تعداد زیاد مکان‌های جذب به‌عنوان جاذب بهینه انتخاب شد. حذف سفازولین در محدوده غلظت 50،20،10، 70 و 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، آزمایش شد و نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت سفازولین میزان کارایی حذف از 69 درصد به 50 درصد به‌دلیل مکان‌های جذب بیشتری روی سطح جاذب درغلظت‌های کم که موجب می‌شود سفازولین به سرعت جذب و کارایی حذف افزایش یابد. نتایج آزمایش‌ها، تأثیر ترکیبات مزاحم را نشان داد که درصد حذف سفازولین در آب مقطر از 46/98 درصد به 72/72 درصد در آب شهری با وجود ترکیبات مزاحم کلرور و سولفات به‌دلیل تشکیل کمپلکس آنیون‌ها با سطح جاذب و تشکیل کمپلکس پایدار و ایجاد مانع برای جذب سفازولین کاهش یافت. نتایج احیای جاذب نشان داد که درصد حذف سفازولین بعد از 6 مرحله توسط اسید نیتریک از 99/93 به 55/74 درصد و توسط سود از 25/41 به 56/21 درصد کاهش یافت. بر مبنای این نتایج می‌توان اظهار کرد که رزین پلی‌انیلین-پلی‌اتیلن ‌گلایکول قابلیت خوبی برای حذف آنتی‌بیوتیک سفازولین از محیط‌های آبی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {پلی‌آنیلین,پلی‌اتیلن‌ گلایکول,سفازولین,متیل هگزیل ایمیدازولیوم هگزا فلوئور فسفات}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_151122.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_151122_626af843e03cb5acef8f0f6968293306.pdf} }
