Besides, unplanned excessive discharges from aquifers have led to aquifer degradation. In most integrated water resources management models, groundwater simulation is used for taking into account discharge constrains, however, the most cases the optimal solution is not achievable.Hence, artificial neural network models may be replaced by groundwater numerical simulation models. In this paper, a methodology based on dynamic artificial neural networks (DANN) is developed for simulating groundwater table.Karajaquifer is used as the case study and its groundwater numerical model (PMWIN) is calibrated using such measured groundwater characteristics as hydraulic conductivity and specific storage. The results of the numerical model are presented to DANN for training. In the proposed procedure, the total recharge, discharge, and groundwater level in previous time intervals are used as the inputs to the DANN model. The model output is the groundwater level at the end of the time interval. In this study, the development of the model is accomplished in four steps that consist of developing the aquifer simulation model and its calibration, producing the input-output data set for DANN training, training the DANN model for various structures, and selecting the best structure for use in the optimization model. The result shows that the proposed DANN model is more efficient in simulating groundwater level fluctuations than the static artificial neural network (SANN) models.}, keywords = {Simulation,aquifer,Static and Dynamic Artificial Neural Networks,Modeling,forecast}, title_fa = {ارائه مدل هوشمند تعیین رفتار تغییرات تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی با لحاظ نمودن وضعیت دینامیکی سیستم آبخوان}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به خشکسالی‌های اخیر و افزایش میزان تقاضا، استفاده از منابع آب زیرزمینی در بیشتر مناطق کشور در اولویت قرار گرفته است. در این راستا برداشت‌های بی‌رویه منجر به بروز مشکلاتی برای آبخوان دشت‌ها شده است. با توجه به اینکه به‌منظور اعمال محدودیتهای برداشت در اغلب مدل‌های مدیریت منابع آب، لازم است آبخوان به‌صورت پیوسته و زمانمند شبیه‌سازی شود و از طرفی استفاده از این مدل‌ها در فرایند بهینه‌سازی منجر به افزایش زمان اجرا می‌شود، لازم است مدل هوشمندی جایگزین مدل عددی شبیه‌سازی آبخوان شود. در این تحقیق با توجه به خصوصیات هیدروژئولوژیکی آبخوان و مقادیر اندازه‌گیری شده برای پارامترهای کمّی آبخوان، مدل کمّی عددی آبخوان تهیه شده و سپس با استفاده از نتایج آن و به‌کارگیری مدل شبیه‌ساز شبکه عصبی دینامیکی، تغییرات تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی برای افق برنامه‌ریزی به‌صورت معادلاتی ارائه گردید. میزان کل تغذیه و تخلیه آبخوان و تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی در گام زمانی قبل به‌عنوان پارامترهای ورودی و تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی در انتهای دوره شبیه‌سازی به‌عنوان پارامتر خروجی در مدل شبیه‌ساز استفاده شد. به‌منظور تدوین مدل شبیه‌ساز، چهار مرحله در نظر گرفته شد که عبارت‌اند از تدوین مدل شبیه‌سازی آبخوان و واسنجی نمودن آن، تولید مجموعه داده‌های ورودی- خروجی برای آموزش مدل شبیه‌ساز، آموزش مدل شبیه‌ساز برای ساختارهای گوناگون، صحت‌سنجی و استخراج مدل شبیه‌ساز برتر برای برقراری ارتباط با مدل بهینه‌سازی. نتایج ارائه شده نشان‌دهنده کارایی مدل پیشنهادی به‌منظور شبیه‌سازی و پیش‌بینی رفتار تغییرات تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی در مقایسه با مدل‌های شبکه عصبی استاتیکی بود.}, keywords_fa = {شبیه‌سازی,آبخوان,شبکه‌های عصبی دینامیکی و استاتیکی,مدل‌سازی,پیش‌بینی}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_1350.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_1350_5dff6cda63e98ee7c994db6cbf207950.pdf} }
