So far, several methods have been used to remove organic and inorganic pollutants from water, that has resulted in the increasing application of iron nanoparticles. Therefore, in this study, the effect of acidity and soluble organic matter on the formation and stability of secondary compounds of nitrate reduction by application of Nanoparticles Zero Iron (nZVI) in vitro conditions is evaluated. In this study, the ability of various levels of zero iron nanoparticles to stabilize on gravel particles (1, 1/5 & 2 mg/l) in the complete recovery of nitrate to ammonium and the formation of nitrite in different acidity (3-4-5) and three concentrations of humic acid (0-0/25-0/75 mg/l) was evaluated. Based on the results, the zero-strength iron nanoparticles alone at pH=3. More than 85% of nitrate was restored to ammonium. By increasing the humic acid to the solution, the concentration of ammonium and nitrite increased significantly, which could be due to the oxidation of part of the protein compounds structure of humic acid being in the vicinity of nanoparticles. Nanoparticles Zero Iron (nZVI) not only eliminated nitrate but also removed organic soluble organic matter. Ammonium bands of humic acid are hydrated in the presence of Nanoparticles Zero Iron (nZVI) and part of the ammonium produced at the surface of the oxidation solution. Therefore, with further experiments, it is hoped that the removal of nitrates and soluble organic matter with Nanoparticles Zero Iron (nZVI) from water resources would be possible.}, keywords = {Water Pollution,Nitrate,Zero Capacity Iron Nanoparticles}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر pH و اسید هیومیک بر مقدارآمونیوم و نیتریت حاصل از فرایند نیترات‏‌زدایی از آب توسط نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی}, abstract_fa = {نیترات، یکی از گسترده‏ترین آلاینده منابع آب در جهان و از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های کیفیت آب‏ شرب است. تاکنون روش‌های متعددی برای حذف آلاینده‌های آلی و معدنی از آب به‌کار گرفته شده است که در این میان کاربرد نانوذرات آهن کاربرد رو به رشدی داشته است. در ایــن پژوهش اثر اسیدیته و مواد آلی محلول بر تشکیل و پایداری ترکیبات ثانویه حاصل از کاربرد نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی در شرایط درون شیشه‌ای بررسی شد. در این پژوهش توانایی سطوح مختلف نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی پایدار شده بر ذرات شن (1، 5/1 و 2 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) در احیای کامل نیترات به آمونیوم و مقدار تشکیل نیتریت در اسیدیته‌های مختلف (3-4-5) و سه غلظت‏های اسید هیومیک (0-25/0-75/0 میلی‏گرم در لیتر) ارزیابی شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی به‌تنهایی در 3=pH بیش از 85 درصد نیترات به آمونیوم احیا کردند. با افزایش اسید هومیک به محلول، غلظت آمونیوم و نیتریت به‌شدت افزایش یافت که می‌تواند ناشی از اکسید شدن بخشی از ترکیبات پروتئینی ساختار اسید هیومیک در مجاورت نانوذرات باشد. نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی نه‌تنها موجب احیا نیترات شده بلکه مواد آلی محلول در آب را حذف کردند. باندهای آمونیومی اسید هیومیک در مجاورت نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی هیدراته شده و بخشی از آمونیوم تولیدی در سطح محلول اکسید می‌شود. بنابراین با آزمایش‌های بیشتر می‌توان امیدوار به حذف هم‌زمان نیترات و مواد آلی محلول توسط نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی از منابع آب بود.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی آب,نیترات,نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_115588.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_115588_b7bc415eb4e1b23b0fdf7047fc811a2a.pdf} }
