The infill development strategy focuses on unused and deserted land areas in cities in an attempt to blow new life into old parts of cities aimed at urban sustainable development through optimally enhanced constructions and population density as well as striking a logical balance between density and land use change. Location of infill development can be assessed based on the excess capacity of urban water supply and wastewater collection infrastructure. In this study, EPANET, Sewer-Cad, Arc-GIS, Spatial Analysis, and AHP were employed to determine the potentials and capacity of the water and wastewater networks in District 1 of Isfahan Municipality as the zone selected for implementing infill development. The results obtained indicate that Khalaja and Darb Kooshk neighborhoods are of the highest priority due to their infrastructure excess capacity. The proposed method can lead to optimal use of missed opportunities and potential in urban areas, provide better inner city sites for future planning, and minimize unnecessary economic and social investments.}, keywords = {Infill development,Water and Wastewater Networks,spatial analysis}, title_fa = {نقش شبکه‌های آب و فاضلاب در توسعه میان‌‌افزا (مطالعه موردی : منطقه یک اصفهان)}, abstract_fa = {گسترش روزافزون بخش‌های قدیمی درون شهرها سبب رها شدن زمین‌های بسیاری در قلب شهرها و تبدیل آن‌ها به مکان‌هایی بی‌رونق و بی‌استفاده شده است. راهکار" توسعه میان افزا" با تأکید بر زمین‌های خالی و رها شده درون شهری، سعی دارد از طریق پرکردن بافت موجود شهر، افزایش متعادل تراکم و تغییر کاربری بناهای قدیمی به رشد و توسعه پایدار شهر دست یابد. یکی از مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در مکان‌گزینی اراضی برای استقرار توسعه‌های میان افزا، قابلیت زیرساخت‌های موجود از جمله شبکه‌های آب و فاضلاب است. هدف از این پژوهش قابلیت‌سنجی شبکه‌های آب و فاضلاب در منطقه یک شهرداری اصفهان، به‌عنوان محدوده مطالعاتی بود که با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل مکانی و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و با به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزارهای EPANET،  Arc GIS و Sewer Cad صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که قابلیت بالاتر شبکه‌های آب و فاضلاب موجود در محلات خلجا و درب کوشک می‌تواند منجر به استفاده بهینه از فرصت‌های موجود در این محدوده‌ها شود و از این طریق، بستر لازم برای برنامه‌ریزی‌های آتی به‌منظور پاسخگویی به توسعه‌های جدید فراهم آید و از اتلاف سرمایه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی جلوگیری شود.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه میان‌افزا,شبکه‌های آب و فاضلاب,تحلیل مکانی}, url = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_11056.html}, eprint = {https://www.wwjournal.ir/article_11056_bde6627f172e4964fb57796d4b4fcf74.pdf} }
